Jason Hopper

Jason joined Eastside in 2022 as Head of Growth, where he focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities for the firm and providing growth support to Eastside’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Eastside, Jason spent two decades in sales leadership roles across four Eastside portfolio companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Meazure Learning, a global education technology firm based in Birmingham, AL. During Jason’s four-year tenure with Meazure Learning, Jason’s team grew ARR by >5x and simultaneously expanded into the APAC and EMEA markets.

Before ProctorU, Jason was SVP of Sales at BrightWhistle (acquired by Silver Lake), a tech-enabled patient engagement company based in Atlanta, GA. During Jason’s tenure, the business grew 1800% and expanded from 2 hospitals to over 100.

Prior to BrightWhistle, Jason was Director of Strategic Accounts for MedMined (acquired by Becton Dickinson) where he was responsible for large IDN and payor market growth. Jason successfully sold and implemented SaaS technology at Kaiser Permanente, multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, and over 250 hospital locations.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
